Adjust to Shape [Joint Editor] appears to not be working

Hi,
I've been creating morphs for Swidhelm's Skywyrm Bull and am having some difficulties with one particular morph.
Using Zbrush via the GoZ plugin, I have lengthened the neck of Swidhelm's Skywyrm Bull. Once back in DS [4.9.4.117 64-bit], the neck lenghten morph works great; until I try to close the dragon's mouth. Despite the limits being set (as per default), the jaw closes for far as to emerge out of the top of the head!
I've been watching "Transforming the Daz Dragon 3 with Zbrush" tutorial set (which is fantastic btw - ) and the workflow shows, using the Joint Editor; right click on any of the bones - Edit > Adjust Rigging to Shape; but a dialogue box [Adjust Rig to Shape] is them meant to pop up so that you can make any changes to the settings, click Accept, wait a few seconds for DS to process the request and presto! The rigging has been adjusted accordingly.
Unfortunately, for one reason or another, the dialogue box doesn't pop up and I haven't a clue as to what to do next.
FYI; I can manually close the mouth using the slider and not slide it all the way (only until the mouth is closed properly) but I want to know what I am doing wrong or what I am missing - and I dare say that this problem will also affect posing the dragon in many other body parts other than the lower jaw.
In case anyone is wondering why I am working on a different model than what is used in the tutorial; you use what you've got and the content applies to morphing in general; not just the Daz Dragon 3....
Any help, suggestions would be appreciated.

Sometimes the dialog box pops up behind the main screen. You can try the show offscreen panels option.
Thanks for your suggestion. Where can I find this option?
Presumably the Swidhelm figure is using legacy rigging, unlike the Daz Dragon 3. I think that is probably the issue.
So is there a solution to this?
I understand the term, "legacy rigging" but what is it? All I can understand from it is that it is a rigging system that was used in the past?............
Legacy rigging is the old-style Poser rigging, with falloff zones and include/exclude angles.
So is there a solution?
Sorry but I am still pretty unsure of what to do next; forget about morphing any of the older figures, finding another way to do what I want to do, do nothing and hope it goes away..............
OK, I've been doing a lot of Googling and found that if I; Edit > Figure > Rigging > Convert Figure to Weight Mapping (I have no idea between TriAx, General or Blended); then I can use the "Adjust Rigging to Shape" and it helps quite a bit to smooth the longer neck when it is curved.
However, now the 'jaw' issue is considerably worse........
Weird thig; I just thought I'd create a screencap to show what happens to the jaw now (the head and tounge also get involved in the movement and the tip of the muzzle & jaw looks like they're going to get ripped of as they don't move [which is why I used ' ' around 'jaws' as not only the jaws were effected]); but when I let go of the slider, the jaw issue is much the same.
So there is a bit of progress but I need to work out what to do so the jaw works properly - I suspect some manual rigging but I have never done any of that.....
Any suggestions/links? TY
So it looks OK when not being posed but off during posing? That happens with some rigs - you can chnage the manipulation bnding setting in Draw Settings to fix it.
Sorry for the slow response; life has been happening (aka - I've got a cold... sniff)...
It's funny as to how we can most often still read other's typing even when letters are missing (my "Weird thig", your "manipulation bnding")............
OK, so there are three options; "Use Current (off)" (that sounds 'useful'), "Switch to wire bounding box" & "Switch to solid bounding box".... Hang on, I just noticed, "Manipulation Binding" (what was I saying about being able to read words with missing letters...lol...honestly...that wasn't set up........ sheesh).
Ahh, you know it all, Richard.... The "Manipulation Binding" was set to "Optimized" and so I changed it to the only other choice; "Full". Now it works fine! It wasn't a huge deal as the result was fine anyway, but now that I can open and close the jaws without that strange distortion, it's far more enjoyable working on the dragon!
Thanks, once again!!
Glad to hlp (or help)
