DAZ3DIM-1.1067-Win32 very very very slow to download

Hya just have a new computer and I have had about 5 goes at downloading DIM - keeps stalling in the middle and it's very very slow

Any clues welcome?

The rest of the Daz site seems fine

Once you have had a failed download you should clear your cache before attempting a 2nd download.  The corrupted file will keep any new attempts from completing, they will stall at roughly the same point.

thanks Pam, still no joy downloading it via Win 10. I ended up rebooting the win 7 machine and it downloaded in an instant....

That is one reason why I still run a Win 7 machine.

yes I would be happy with my Win 7 machine except one drive died and at the same time half my usb ports went on holidays! of course I hadnt backed the drive up since Feb - could have been worse. Still now I can revel in wading through the win 10 advertisements on the way to finding my carrra executable :)

I'll have to dig out my  version of Bryce and see how it runs.!
