DIM - how to reinstall on a new PC without loosing the data

Hi edverybody
I build a new PC (W10) and reinstall DIM. In a first stage after the new install, all my 7xxx downoaded and installed files with my old DIM are under the "ready to download" tab. In a second stage I mapped the "ready to install" tab with my directory where all my with DIM downloaded files are stored and my 7xxx files then appear in the "ready to install" tab.
I tried to map all the different installation directories where I installed all the DAZ stuff under the setting window (installation tab), but it didn't change anything and all the files stay in the "ready to install" tab. What am I doing wrong because I'm sure there is a way to keep all installed files recognized by a fresh DIM install on a new computer. I'm sure I already had the same problem for 3 years when I build my old PC and managed to solve that problem but cannot remember how I did it.
Thanks in advance for your help
Alain

There is a folder called "ManifestFiles" which by default is underneath the same folder as the "Downloads" folder. In that folder is a .dsx file for each product where DIM records what was installed where. Copy those files into the ManifestFiles folder on the new achine and DIM will see those products as already installed.
Note: is the install path you're using on the new machine the same as on the old one?
Hi Mike
I will give it a try tomorrow (it's now midnight in Switzerland) and give you answer.
And yes, the paths are the same.
Have a nice day or night and already thanks for your quick answer

Hi Mike
It works!
I had to reinstall DIM and Studio and to make a reimport of the metadata from the cms database to see everything correctly in DAZ Studio, but finally I managed it.
Thanks for your help.
