Using Poses As A Starting Point For An Animation?

What's up everyone I was wondering if it's okay to use poses mainly DAZ Original poses as a starting point for animations that will be exported to a game engine? For anyone who wants to know what I mean by starting point I'm basically referring to the 1st frame of an animation I want to make in iClone. The way I see it vendors who allow their models to exported into a game engine shouldn't have a problem with their poses on the DAZ3d store to be used for making animations for games instead of being isolated to renders all of the time which frustates the hell out of me lol.

Is anyone gonna answer my question or not? Please stop ignoring me.
Perhaps people aren't following what you mean? Amplifying the question with more dtail is fine, bumping isn't.
Well bro what I'm asking is it against the EULA to use poses from the DAZ3d store as the starting point meaning the first frame of an animation for a character that I plan to export to Unity3d or Unreal Engine. Like some of the old genesis poses I bought a long time ago I want to use those poses to make animations. For the time being I have no interest in making renders with DAZ Studio since I'm aiming toward game development. So yeah I already know how the EULA works with the 3d models along with the game developer license I just can't find any info about the terms of use for poses. So Richard do know the terms of use that poses have or do I have to contact DAZ3d to find out?
If the poses are DAZ Originals and have a DAZ Game Development license then no problem otherwise you'll need extra license(s) from the PAs that made the pose(s), which may be as simple as you asking them and them granting permission or saying no or requiring you pay for yet more licenses.
Right, if you are asking if you can use them without the Game Developer License(s) for the artist the answer is no.
Yeah I know I need a game developer license to use models in game engines which is all cool with me
. I just didn't know if the game developer license includes the permission to use poses since I searched through google but didn't find anything.
Yes, it applies to all content from the vendor covered.
