Install Manager Not Downloading

My old pc died and with it my Daz3D. Well it's been a while so I figured I would get back into it. I'm trying to download the Install Manager but after about 4mb the download fails and it won't let me resume. I've tried about 10 times with the same results so I figured I better ask.

    If you have a download fail part way through you need to clear your browser cache before you try a 2nd download, or the download will continue to fail at the same point as the corrupted download.

    Apparently you had the same problem before,  and the advice we gave you then is still current

    Well it was 3 years ago. Forgot about it. And yeah didn't work then and doesn't work now. Oh well I was due for a clearing out anyways. Just wish I could remember how I finally got it to work last time.
