How do I use a skin merchant resource?

Hi,

 

I want to use a G3F skin merchant resource but don't know how?

I bought the merchant resource snd have TIF files. What do I do next?

Is there a manual?

    Do you have any experience with texture creation? What image editing/painting tools do you have? Are you wanting something solely for your own use, or do you hope to sell the results?

    I have GIMP. It's for my own use.

    I figured I can apply the TIFs to the G3 Female through the surface editor.

    But if I don't plan to sell something a merchant resource is useless?

    Well, it's still useful for texture creation - but I was just wanting to make sure you needed it. Texture creation is not really application specific in the broad details so you could search for that without searching for DS specifically.
