Using DS 4.9 without registration

apparently you can't

see the first sentence and then look at the bottom. The Ok button is clearly grayed out.
scrolling up and down does not make any difference. 

my previous experience in the bug tracker and later zen has given me a distinct overall feeling that these systems provide me with no confidence of getting bugs fixed, therefore I am reporting this here.
