wtf can;t add to cart

I keep trying to add the biker seals to my cart and keep getting a message saying please specify link. It adds to wishlist but won't add to the cart. What has happened to this place?

It does seem to be broken, I'll flag it up though I'm not sure when my message will be seen.

Is there a way to email the vendor? there used to be, but in this new system I have no clue how.
