How do I get rid of the creases?

I have made a coat for genesis which fits nicely, when I dial up Basic male, but if I dial up M4 or M5 i get these creases at the front.

I've tried changing from basic shape to generic and changing the smoothing iterations, but that doesn't have any effect.

I've also tried using the weight map brushes over that area but that doesn't make a lot of difference either.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

I am using DS4.

you probably need to edit the morph (make sure you remove any scaling and smoothing before exporting as OBJ). The basic steps would be as here http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/17277/

Yep, you'll need to make a custom FBM as opposed to using the auto-generated one.
