Gen X Broken on latest update

So I got an update to Gen X earlier this week and I updated it but now nothing works, is there a way to go back to the previous version?

Not if you didn't back up your previous download. Is it simply not loading, or does it give an error? I don't recal a lot of posts on issuse in the late developer's suport thread https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/94881/genx2-update-genesis-3-add-on-commercial#latest

I had a similar situation. When I installed the update, it removed the old files, but didn't install anything. I refreshed Install Manager and the new version showed up again as ready to install. Second try went okay, and GenX2 is functional. Seems like the process aborted or terminated after removing the old, but before installing the new. Anyway, all is good now.
