The neckline and sleeves look like the Muse outfit retextured. IIRC, there is a dynamic toga and skirt set for DS in the store. There's one for Freak 4 and one for M4. If you have the M4 shape for Genesis, it should work fine for you.

I have the M4 shape for Genesis, but as far as I know Dynamic items don't work on my Mac :(
