poke thru between pc and mac

Hello all

               Can anyone tell me why when you clothed a charter on a mac and open on a pc the clothes all have crazy amount of poke thru i have a mac tower and a pc laptop with same version of DS on them and same content but i get this every so often when I use V4 clothing

Sometimes AutoFollow doesn't kick in, or the Smoothing Modifier doesn't update. Try fitting the clothes to none, then back to the figure.
