V8 broken IKs

Time ago I filed a ticket about the unusable Genesis3 Iks...
When I try to pin an hand or pull it in any direction, the shoulder doesn't react the way I expect... Now the new tradition is kept with Genesis8...
Old generation 4, Genesis1 and Genesis 2 work fine...
There is a "homemade" way to fix it? As it is now I can't really work with that...
