DAZ Studio 4.9 Windows 10 32-bit help

Hey. I've been making characters with DAZ for awhile, but it seems like in order to get DAZ Studio 4.9 to even do the basic functions that we all take for granted (load, save, import, etc) on my secondary computer (HP Pavilion AMD64 laptop that I switched to 32 bits with Windows 10 and 7 installed), you have to fight it.

 

So far, I've experienced issues such as:

The program refusing to browse to any other folder for importing textures, models, etc.

The program refusing to save as a different file name

Materials on saved characters showing up as incorrectly-colored

The program looking like it's saving, when I press Save, but it doesn't actually save.

Sometimes when I get everything right, it crashes and shuts down.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Has anyone else had these problems? I Googled and Googled, nothing came up.

Does anyone know why these problems exist?

Does anyone know a fix for these problems?

    Hello slimyscaly_2d3034578f,

    Did you manage to resolve the problems you were having as I have been experiencing the same?
