Will body morphs and facial expressions for G8F work on G3F?

The ad says that G8 is backward compatible to G3F. Does anyone know if Genesis 8 Female Expressions ( https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-8-female-expressions ) & Genesis 8 Female Body Morphs ( https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-8-female-body-morphs ) will work on G3F figures?

I would say no, not without conversion.  Morphs are vertex-specific.  They are uniquely keyed to the base model's vertices.  I think the ad means the "content" is backwards compatible.  Content such as clothes, accessories, skins, etc... can be readily used for either G3 or G8.

Although, it might be possible to transfer the morphs first, as I'm sure the morphs won't show up in your sidebar without doing some conversion. Because you see, the base model for G8 and G3 are in different rest poses (A-pose vs T-pose), so the morphs have to be re-calculated from a different starting point.

Ryzen you are correct about poses and there is a free script available to correct the arm position after applying G3f poses to G8f  here (not mine)

Most G3f morphs are transferable to G8f and show up fine using the method described here

Even if you transfer them, I don't think all morphs will be 100% perfect.  I compared the G8-G3 skeletons, and G8 has slightly shorter bones in the arms and legs.  But the heads look identical, so head morphs will probably transfer better.
