    Same thing's happened to me.

Before someone suggests it, if you go to Window > Style > Select Style to choose the proper display style, no options are available, just a big black box.

    Fix this Daz please!

This usually indicates that DS was runing (perhaps in the process of shutting down, but still active in Task Manager) when the new version was installed. If so, uninstalling and reinstalling (with DS definitely closed) should fix it.

Hey all - I just checked and there was another Daz Studio Update in the Daz Install Manager. I just installed that and it looks fine now!

    Weird.

I'd downloaded the update in DIM, and I always have the "Install after download" option checked, but when I went back to find it and re-install it, I found the 4.9.4 update in the "Ready to Install" tab instead of "Installed." When I checked it and hit the button to install the update from the ready tab, it installed without problems and seems to be working now.

DIM will need elevated privileges to install - if you miss the prompt it will time out and leave the application in Ready to Install
