did Daz take back their free stuff back? .. pro just gone

Up loaded some new stuff this morning and my Pro is gone ??? anyone elese have this issue or have any ideas?

    Can you explain exactly what you mean please.  That is a bit confusing at the moment.

    I had some upgrades on IM from DAZ... when I load a free item ...upon loading them the my 4.9/pro //64 is now gone from my hard drive

    That just can't happen.   The only person who can remove anything from your hard drive is yourself. 

    Were you working with D|S while you were installing the updates?    If you have D|S open while installing any updates to it, it can cause problems.

    I installed the new "gen 8 female powerpose template" upgrade, and my g8 starter essential was gone. It was still installed according to DIM, but was no longer showing up in the smart content. Reinstalling it through DIM put it back. Strange.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling D|S

    Make sure it's the latest version of Daz Studio

    According to DAZ, After buying Victoria 8 pro bundle, I now have Victoria 5 and 6 pro-bundles (I about Victoria 7 some time ago).  The product pages are showing as "Purchased" yet they have never shown up in my DIM queue.  What's going on?

    Did you already have some or all of the content? Only items that are new to you will show (the bundle appears as all its parts separately, there isn't a "bundle" download).

    I only had one item and that was a hairstyle.  THe rest were completely new to me so thats the majority of the bundle.

    Check your product Library page here, and if it's not there open a Sales Support ticket.

    Yes same for me, had to uninstall and reinstall the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials to get them to show up again, very odd lol

    Not so. When I updated from Studio 4.8 to the first 4.9, all of my custom catagories disappeared from my hard drive, and I didn't do it. I had to reload them from a backup drive.

    Ah yes, but it was caused by something that you did, ie install an update.   It wasn't anyone else (ie Daz) coming along and doing it.

    hence the advice to uninstall and reinstall D|S  and/or Starter Essentials.
