New content dosen't apear in "Smart Content"

Hello,
I downloaded a new figure and manually installed it by copying the folders Runtime, Data and People. Now I can drag DSON file to DAZ3D and it appears, but the figure dosen't appear in the smart content, how do I make it appear there?

If the figure comes with metadata (it has files in the Runtime:Support folder), then you can use the options menu on the Content Library pane (rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner) > Content DB Maintenance > Re-Import Metadata to add the metadata to the database.
