I hoping someone can helpme. When I try to render something lately most of the time daz overloads my CPU and crashes. is there a way to regulate it's use

Look at 3 things for straters:
1) If you have only 4GB RAM you will need to reduce the number of models in your scene. The same with 8GB RAM but not as often and even for 16GB RAM and so on but the scenes sizes you can make get bigger and bigger. You free RAM you can close your browser(s) and eMail clients like MS Outlook.
2) Set your viewports to use only openGL texture shaded mode, not iRay Preview mode.
3) In Edit - Preferences - Turn Preview Quality to Best from None, turn off subpixel rendering, turn of hardware optimization (I think that's how those are called)
