Content library empty

Somehow I have deleted the content to show up  in cont.library to the right in workspace.   I don't  see anything at all here.
I've forgotten how to get it back  ........ please help me.

    One of the subpanes accidentally got closed -- click on one of the arrowheads between the top and bottom panes to reopen it.

    I could not find where to do that. I tried all subpanels i could think of with no luck  so i uninstalled and then a new installation.

    This uses the Darkside style -- on yours the bars are arrowheads
