I noticed a discrepency on my PC membership payments for last year which I would never have noticed if my membership didn't suddenly expire for no apparent reason. I filed a support ticket on Sunday and the problem was fixed today with no fuss. Thanks DAZ, you're the best! :D

    Yes, it is! She must be working 25 hours a day lately (at least it seems so judging from how quickly she solved my latest support ticket).
