Generic Sci Fi Corridor issues

Hey all,

Has anyone worked with these textures and had trouble getting the wall, panel and floor lights to render? So far, the only lights that show up are the additional ambient lights that come with the package.

Thanks!

Need more info or screenshot friend, of what's happening.

  • Hey Awesomefb,

I've provided a video to better help explain the issue I'm currently facing. I hope this helps!

Thats quite an old product most likely optimised for Poser and old versions of Poser, are you rendering in 3dl or Iray. Its going to need the surface settings altered to get the most out of it.

What's good Scorpio? I'm rendering in the Iray settings as I do for all renders. I'll have to figure out where to change the surface settings but now it makes sense as to why it's not working.

    Thanks and all the best!

The main issue with lighting in general has been fixed! I learned a new technic from another thread about "Lighting a room". Even though lights were showing up in the viewport, they were barely showing up in the renders, so I adjusted the Intensity and Lumen features to get desired results. Also, found out that light textures for this Set only worked in the OpenGL rendering, for me...as I'm not using an INVIDIA graphics card.
