If you are talking about the 7 version bundles, all of the clothing is interchangable. All of the 7 series females are Genesis 3 Female with morphs and textures applied. For example if you own G3F body morphs and Victoria 7 you could dial in 50% Victoria 7 and 50% Hourglass if you wanted and all of your clothing will still fit just fine.
As you purchase more of the figures they will add more morphs to your G3F when you load her in DazStudio.
My advice is purchase whichever one has the body and textures that you like best. You also don't need to purchase a Pro bundle, you could always get two starter bundles for not that much more money. Also, all of the clothing items in the Pro bundles can be purchased as stand alone products.
I'd buy the base V7 and I'd go with Aiko7. I think it's generally used more often as base for other characters than Lilith. Then again, I always go for the cute and sweet :)

Victoria 7's UV mapping is used for many texture set to it is always worth getting the Victorias and Michaels of what ever generation you are using.
Most Genesis 3 Female characters, even those that are "for Victoria 7", use the base UVs as far as I've noticed.
