Quick reply... :)
I'm not quite sure what you are asking, as I don't know what robot this is supposed to look like. I see this is a preview. How does it look rendered?
Well its supposed to look like this( in the attachment)
you notice how in my preview everything looks incredibly choppy and not well blended, compared to the figure preview ive just attached?
please, if u know how to fix this help me out :<</p>
Ah... you need to 'Render' it.
What you're seeing in the screen shot is just your screen preview of the model which updates faster as you're posing the model and composing the scene. Once done, you will need to render it.
If you go to the RENDER menu and choose RENDER SETTINGS. Select the render type you'd like in the AUTO SETTINGS tab (the product image would have been done on 'Final' at least) and hit RENDER NOW (FIREFLY).
You'll need to wait a little bit depending on how fast your machine is.
Let us know how it goes. :)
Whoa, I feel stupid now. hehe
well, thanks alot :)
The only stupid question is the one you don't ask. :)
Smith Micro has some very good video tutorials online here...

Glad I could help. :)
Did it render nicely?
Lighting is a key factor in producing great looking renders so watching some tutorials on those would increase the realism.
