Hi,
At the moment, my approach to scripting in general has been:
Write a script for a task, then create an action or shortcut to execute it. If I have another task, I write a new script and create another shortcut, etc.
But I often write scripts that are very similar to each other, and I was wondering how I could execute the same script for different shortcuts, and pass a different argument in each case.
Is it possible?

This seems to be a sample script doing exactly what you want http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/scripting/api_reference/samples/remote_operation/sub_script/start
