New to 3d. How do i get whats in my shopping cart sent by mail

Sorry if I'm in the wrong area but I can't seem to find out how to have the stuff I bought sent to me by mail. I want it on disk then sent to me by mail. Can't seem to get any answer. I called and got a massage to go to daz ticket and was unable to leave a massage. Again sorry if I'm at the wrong place. Thanks

    IIRC, DAZ quit offering that option six or seven years ago, back when they could get 8 or 10 products on a CD; now there are some products that would take 2 or more DVDs to ship.

    What's your issue? Bandwidth limits?

    I'm on dial-up at home, but I've got an older laptop so I do downloads at a wi-fi hotspot.

    As namffuak said there is not burn to disc system any more. 

    There are 3 ways you can download.   Connect  and use the Connect download system

    Download and install DIM (Daz Insatll Manager)  and use that

    Manual Download.

    Unless anything that you have purchased is encrypted content, in which case we will need to talk you through that system
