3D Universe Store Question

Can someone tell me where I can find the figure in the picture below?

I noticed it this morning in the banner image for the 3D Universe store.

It looks like its a three headed dragon of some sort and all I can say is... I want!

I think I read somewhere that this figure is not for sale, as it was made on demand for a single customer as a special order (and was surely priced accordingly).

That was the answer I was expecting, but hoping not to get.

I was hoping that maybe it was a modification to "Monsters in my Pocket" or a new figure coming out.
