I haven't yet had time to try.
But profil of product indicates:

Keywords: meshbox, trolley, victoria, victorian, 1888, steampunk, clockwork, poser, bryce, vue, shade
Software: Poser, Vue, Bryce, Shade, MAX

So there must be a way to use this to a software to another.

Good morning. That's cause the zip file you download has ALL the formats listed for the product you're getting. The black single bed, a fairly simple prop too, is over 72 megs. The MODO .FBX model included is 60 megs by itself. The .OBJ is over 40 megs. This is inside the zip file sizes.
