Any danger with this install?

Is there any danger of installing an old version of Daz after a newer version? In this case I have already installed Daz 3 64-bit. And i would like to now install Daz 2.3. Is this going to be okay?

    that should be okay, they use different folders
    you can share runtimes bearing in mind newer stuff and scenes will not open in the DS2
    it is different builds of the same DS version you cannot install simultaiously ie DS4 & 4.5
