Ordered Daz 4.5, unable to download, installer shows nothing

I ordered Daz 3D studio 4.5 and i have no way to download or install it. I have The installer but it only shows the two genesis starter essentials. I ordered Daz again and still nothing, I simply have no access to the program download or installation, and my email shows nothing resembling a simple download link to the program, only a download link to the Installer manager.

I Ask that someone may please help me resolve this issue.

    When you buy anything from the store, the downloads are put into your 'My Donwloadable Products' area in My Account.

    If you have 'bought' the latest version through the store, one of the files should be DAZStudio_4.5.1.56_Win64.exe. You may have to go to the next page to see it, or even change the number of items per page. There are quite a few files in the download for Mac and PC, and for 32 bit and 64 bit.

    I meet the same problem and I don't see the 'download product' on my page...
    there is nothing in daz 3d install manager but the genesis starter essentials
    try for your help :)

    The Install Manager only downloads content, it does not download programes or plug-ins.

    You have to download Daz Studio from your downloads manually.

    The downloads are still available on our My Account page, they've just moved the links that used to be on the left-hand side of the page to across the top just above where it says My Dashboard. The new link is called Product Library.

    If you've just purchased DS 4, you can click the button that says Purchase Date, and it will bring your most recent purchases to the top of the list. When you click on the item you want in the list, the product page and download link(s) will appear in the area to the right, though you will have to scroll down a bit to see the download links.

    WOW! What a run-around and hunt to install this! You guys may be great at 3D modeling, but you sure as hell don't know jack about building a streamlined website!:lol:

    Hi. I found my download link, but the download fails at 20% every time!!! Same thing happens when i try to download the DAZ install Manager. Does anyone know if there Are alternative links i could try?

    make sure that you clear the Browser cache between download attempts.

    Failed or incomplete downloads will stay in the cache and cause subsequent attempts to fail at the same point.

    THe DAZ 3D store is the only way you can download DS or DIM.
