I'm not sure what's going on here. This is a new one for me. It's 3 huts with an HDR image and lighting? What is the bubble? Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
It looks almost like you've got a reflective sphere in the foreground, with most of the scene behind the camera, but the frontmost hut just doesn't make any sense at all.
The other possibility that comes to mind is that you might have a truly weird HDR image.
Is that your viewport or a render? Iray? If the latter, can you post a screenshot of your settings under Render Settings >Environment?
(BTW, to me that looks like a prop "lens" sitting in front of the camera - either a spherical prop or convex disc, creating a "fisheye" effect. Is there anything showing up under your Scene tab that would indicate this, either discretely or parented? Is that effect showing in all the default views - front, perspective, etc.?)
This is the actual render and I actually have used this HDR Background a lot and have never seen this. All I did was loadthe huts, the HDR light and HDR Background like I normally do. I just got the huts and wanted to play a little with them. The only thing I did differently from normal is that I did pan back a bit so all the huts were in the picture.
You have set the Iray Dome to Finite Sphere and set the size too small either in scale size or diameter. What you are seeing is the dome with the camera outside of it.
That must be how the HDR background comes then because I don't ever mess with those settings. I don't know what they mean really and I get confused! I will take a look at those settings when I can and see what adjustments I can make. Thank you for the help :)
Hi friend, in render settings > environment > dome mode if your using Finite sphere or Finite with ground, check Dome scale multiplier. Decreasing levels I can duplicate similar image. I discovered this awhile back. Default is 100
