Best way to fit Gen 4 clothes to my Genesis characters in Poser?

I think I've seen this discussed before, but I don't remember exactly what was said? Do I need to autofit the clothing in Poser and somehow export it to Poser?

    Yes, you'd need to use AutoFit in DS, then save as a figure asset (File>Save as>Support Asset>Figure asset), after which you can create the companion files for the saved figure or for a scene containing Genesis wearing the clothes. The old Poser materials for the Gen 4 item should work on the conversion, though any body handles will need to be hidden via their surface settings rather than as body parts (and they will be non-operative too).
