Show the tools settings

How to show up the bar of tools settings (Scale, Region Navigator, Rotate etc.)? How will I show it up on top?

And Redo-Undo, too...

    Look under Window>Panes. There's a Tool Settings panel.

    Windo>Workspace>Customise, under the Activities tab on the right find the toolbar you want, right-click, and make sure it is Enabled.
