Expand Genesis in the Scene tab, so that you can see the Head bone listed. Drag your hair in the Scene tab onto the Head bone. That's it. If you want to use it in future without the hassle, select the hair and save it as a prop/figure asset with Smart Parent enabled (it'll probably have that checked already). It'll be in 'My Library' under 'Figures' (and whatever subfolder you saved the hair to), and will jump to the Head bone forever more.
