New Anatomical Elements issue

Does anyone use "New Genitalia For Victoria 7'? I purchased it on a 3rd party site and when I apply it, it creates a crease in the glutes, seemingly regardless of all other parameters. I cannot post photos I don't think but I am not sure why this is happening to all models I apply it to. I'm sure I can offer more info if you know what i'm referring to, please let me know, thanks!

    You're best off contacting the vendor of that particular asset.

    I use them without any problems. Be sure to download and install the correct version of the product. Actually there are 3 versions of the product to download. The original one, an updated version and a version especially for DAZ Studio 4.9.3.166

    I am on the vendor's page and I do not see an update for the general Gens, the one I purchased. I only see updates for specific characters, none who I have. If I am using it on V7, than how do I update or know if its the latest etc...? Thank you btw!

    No. Log in to your account and go to the download section. There you will find several .zip files. If you are using the latest version of DAZ Studio, download and install the version that has 4.9.3.166 in its filename. Also install the two files that are named Update_(date).zip. They add additional morphs.

    Much appreciated. I have the product but I realize its from an old account. I will just have to purchase it all over again anyhow I believe. Thank you v much.

    In my runtime folder I found the genital maps for Eva 7. If I bought the genitals on one account, can I buy the update for Eva 7 on another account, install it into DS and expect it to work? The real question is: just bc i found a folder for Eva 7 (and Victoria 7), does that mean that update itself would resolve the issue regardless of what account was used on the same 3rd party website to purchase the gens and then the gens update? I am tempted to purchase the whole product again but wanted to hear your input first if you'll indulge....ty
