Most often when I download "My downloadable Products" it starts to download then stops and gives the error "I do not have the rights to modify that location". Of course I do. I will change the folder and it will sometimes work. Just wondering what is going on. I am not using any external download manager just Firefox. Eventually I get it but have to make a few attempts. Sometimes all the 4 attempts we get.

are you using WiFi? I only get that problem when I am.
No but I am on a network at work. That could be the problem even though I do not have any problems downloading anything else, it is very fast.
I've seen that before with anti-virus. Try setting up (temporarily) a folder level exclusion for your downloads in your anti-virus and see if it improves.
Thanks unfortunately my anti virus is controlled by the College Server. I think downloading at home is a better idea. I am just on the computer all day and do not have so much time at home.
