Can't log in?

Hi - new user here so please be gentle with  me lol...

I've downladed Daz Studio 4.9 using the Daz Install Manager and everything works fine - until I try to log into my Daz 3D Account via the login button on the main Daz Studio screen - I use exactly the same user name and password that I have set my account up with but keep getting an error box "Login Failed" - any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong please?

I am logged into my account on the Daz3D.com website fine and can see all my downloads which are installed ok - but cannot access them - very frustrating!

    Do you have any non-standard characters in your login/password?

    No, just letters and numbers...

    This gets more interesting as my partner and I have semi identical laptops both running Norton Anti-Virus - he has no trouble logging into Daz and using his content but I can't - but he has Windows 8.1 whereas I am on Windows 10...

    I have checked my Firewall settings and they are allowing Daz 3D both in and out, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no luck grrr
