Help with identifying character and hair

anyone know the two characters and hairs? I wish vendors listed what was used in the promos.

    I do know the other hair.....but the name and vendor escapes me right now.....

    it's a PC club item, and artwork for PC stuff is usually done in-house, so the vendor of the product probably doesn't even know what was used for the promos.

    The other hair looks like a SWAM one....I think?

    ok, i'm going with a guess:

    The same hair from Gothica seems to be used in the Alexia add on:

    And the back view looks very very similar to the Phebe hair backview.....
