Possible to save morphs and how?

Hello! I wonder if it's possible in Daz Studio to save morphs we applied on a character and how.

    Dialed morphs, or custom-sculpted morphs?  For dialed morphs, Save As > Character Preset

    What if I do something like elongate bones in the hands/feet/fingers/toes. Does This work too or is that a "custom-sculpted" thing. I do use the XYZ dials to do it so I'm not sure which this qualifies as.
