How to contact the artist for update's to products

Is there a way to contact an Artist, to get them to update a product from gen2 to Gen3.. ? Id be happy if I could get these updated.or even a new product for Gen 3..and specifically the hair and hat should be seperated in Eldritch Seaker ..Not to mention the coat needs more control points.
