Does anyone know of a more "realistic" texture map for genesis?

the ones that come with DAZ Studio have No Gens.

I tried a V4 one, but it doesn't fit properly for some reason. Seams everywhere. Not nice.

    If you want the gens for Genesis you will need to purchase the M5 Pro Bundle for male gens and the V5 Pro Bundle for female gens

    Most texture sets include nipples, some but not all include painted genitals for the females. As for teh map not fitting, go to the Surfaces pane, select all materials on the figure and make sure the the UV Set is Victoria 4 (in this case) - I suspect it is set to something else right now.

    As a matter of interest, I already have V5 but not the Pro Bundle thereof. If I should require gens, can I get a refund on my V5 purchase?

    I am also thinking of acquiring M5 but on looking at the contents of the Pro Bundle, the gens seem to have been deactivated (by Mrs Grundy?). On the basis that we always seem to want what we can't have, even though we may not particularly need it, this is rather putting me off acquiring the Bundle.

    I was also trying to find a way to get genitals for my M5 guy. I didn't know he'd look like a ken doll when I bought him and it seems completely silly to me when everything else is realistic. Especially when you can get body hair for him, including pubes, but he is lacking the genitals! So you only get them with the pro bundle? gaaah.

    If you purchased V5 within the last 30 days you can get a refund. The Stephanie 5 Pro bundle also has the female genitals.

    The male genitals are in the M5 Pro bundle -- the listing of the content on the product page has links to the individual items in the bundle, but the genitals are not available individually, so there's no link.

    Considering how often this topic comes up, I'm quite surprised Daz hasn't released them as a separate add on yet. I don't really make those types of renders myself unless specifically asked to but given that a good number of people have been confused, sometimes even angered at the fact they need to buy a Pro version when they might have already purchased half the content, it seems only good sense to give them what they want.

    Just err... be discreet about the promo images :D

    They're the same, they renamed both the female and male genitalia when S5 came out.

    Great! Now this is what I would like to do if the powers that be will but concur.

    I would be interested in Michael 5 but not with much of the paraphernalia that goes with him. From a look at the Michael 5 Starter Bundle, I am sorry to say that I would not be at all interested as it does not include the vital bits. I must therefore be drawn towards the Michael 5 Pro Bundle,

    Unfortunately, I would not be interested in the following:

    Pure Hair Classic
    Dragon Lord for Genesis
    James for M5
    Easy Going Poses for M5

    included from the Starter Bundle or:

    Pure Hair Sleek
    Genesis Ranger
    Benjamin for M5
    M5 Casual Male
    Manly Men M5
    M5 Photograhic Poses
    Dark Priest Poses for M5

    from the Pro Bundle.

    I could be interested in:

    Michael 5 (of course!)
    Town and Country for Genesis
    Zac Hair
    Preppy for Genesis
    Michael 5 Genitalia

    which would effectively cost me the current discounted price $87.47. Not a particularly good deal - for me anyway!

    What would be a good deal for me, however, would be to purchase the Genesis Michael Victoria Combo Bundle, currently being offered at the discounted price of, believe this or not, $87.47. This would include the missing gens of both parties

    Unfortunately, I have already purchased:

    Victoria 5
    Genesis Evolution Head Morphs
    Genesis Evolution Body Morphs

    so my cup would indeed run over if I could obtain a refund of the original cost of these 3 items, albeit that they we acquired more than 30 days ago.

    How about it DAZ?
