smart content won't load

Hi, I just downloaded daz studio 4.9 and Im having a problem with the smart contents
What should I do?

    Did you the default install locations?

    I think when I've seen that in the past, I right click on it and select update metadata to fix it.

    Also the Login button is blue in your screen shot. I think you'll have to click it and log in to update metadata.
