Platinum Membership not working

Ok, this is really annoying. So I have the PC and my last payment should carry me through to Feb. 25 according to my automatic renewals. But I am no longer able to access the Members Only forum and anytime I log in and use the Store it is as if I no longer am a PC member.

What the heck DAZ?!

    You'll need to submit a ticket to Sales Support, only they can fix the problem.

    they are very quick too, within half a day but maybe not on the weekend
    I have a lot of respect for the support staff dealing with this glitchy site

    Make sure you include the order and/or transaction details for you last renewal payment.

    Yeah. I actually submitted two tickets since the first one I forgot to include my last payment order number. But if they do not work on the weekends then it'll just have to wait till Monday.
