How to install content manually

There is well explained tutorial? It's possible to install all the content throughing folders without use DIM? I have like 20gb of content and it would take me ages to download it because of my super slow Internet connection.

    You are going to have to download it either way, unless you already have the downloads in which case you can use them with DIM by placing them in its Downloads follder and going to the Ready to Install tab.

    How do you access the download folder to place dls in it? Does this work for content in zip folders from another site?

    This is only for Zips formatted for Instal Manager - mainly those from Daz or set up with the Content Package Assistant tool. The Downloads folder is the one listed in the Downloads tab of preferences - click the gear icon at top-right of the main DIM window.

    Hi Richard. I put the content in its download folder but when I open daz I don't see them. I tried to install the content from dim but all the content is in the download section. While in daz I opened the content library tab and I found everything. I have the content there, I can use everything I have but I want to have it in the smart content tab. What can I do?

    The problem has been solved smiley I didn't have read your answer to Dysphule. I put the files there and they pop up after installing the files though dim laugh

    My last question. There is a way to download all the files at once in the product library section without having to download them one by one?

    It's necessary to download "templates" files for manual download?

    Template files are for when (and if) you want to make an alternate texture set for tha product.  They are not neccessary if you are not going to re-texture.

    No, for that you need to use DIM or Connect.

    If you mean all the products, like clicking the top-level check-box in DIM, just select the first product, shift-select the last, and click the Install Selected button (Install pane) or right-click andf select Install

    can I just move it to an external drive off of c: drive
