Since my Mac mini's Graphic Card is too weak to do rendering,
I want my PC to do rendering whenever is necessary.

Is that OK to install the contens on both my PC and my Mac?

    I has only PC versions of PhotoShop CS4,
    Also Bryce Pro and ... programs just can not run on my Mac mini.

    And, FCPX and ... programs can not run on PC...

    So, I need to set-up both PC and Mac.

    Yes, this is allowed - in fact I am aware of several people who use their Mac for posing and a Windows machine for rendering.
