Genesis Male Skin Textures

I am trying to find some male skin textures for genesis. Is there any easy way to convert M4 textures for use? Or, can someone point me to some good ones ready made for genesis?

    M4 textures work, you just have to go to the surfacing tab after applying them and select the M5 UV layout.

    That should probably be the Michael 4 UV layout for M4 textures.
