DIM problem help please

Super cheese sandwich

Hi. How can I download content that I bought long ago? I can't see the products in DIM so I go to the product library in the daz website and pressed "Download and install" but it says The account referenced is not setup in install manager. I changed my mail and my password long ago too but everything is correct now. I don't know how to install it manually but I want to keep using the DIM. What can I do?

When you go to log in there is a + sign by the email address & you click the + sign and it asked you to name the account & give an email address for it. Then you select the new account from the drowndown menu, give the password for it, and then login as normal.
