One product not downloading on new PC

If anybody has any advice on this it'd be much appreciated.  I moved to a new computer, redownloaded all my old paid content from Daz.  Most everything works from what I can tell except for Michael 4.  Think it was because it was part of a freebie pack from last summer?  Although others from that pack still work.  I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it to no effect.  It's no big problem, just wanted to know if others had any similar experiences with moving their content to a new computer.

    Are you downloading using Connect, which is built into DAZ|Studio, or the DIM Install Manager, which is a separate program? Due to the way morph packs are installed for Generation 4 figures (including Michael 4), Connect can't install the morphs properly, so you must use DIM for all these figures and everything associated with them.

    Keep in mind that Generation 4 is very old technology, and the new Connect installation system doesn't play nice with the way Gen4 figures work.
