Connecting moveable stuff with two outfit parts

Is it possible to connect two parts of outfit (in my case a space helmet with a backpack) with a moveable stuff (many bones or segments) like a tube together so that the helmet can move freely and the tube is still connected with the helmet and backpack?

Not if you also want the backpacka ttached to the torso and the helmet attached to the head, no - hierarchies can branch out but not joint back up again. One partial option is to set two bones to point at each other, which is how psitons are often handled, but that wouldn't ensure proximity.

Thanks for the answer but how does it work when i have an oxgen tank (for scuba diving) which has the breathing tubes so that they move with the head (the mouthpiece)?

They are probably rigged with the standard bones of the figure - so the tansk move with the chest, the tubes with the chest/neck bones/head and the face mask with the head - that's fine, the mesh can branch and converge, and you could manually pose the boesn so they had different values from the body to separate mask from head - but it wouldn't be fully independent as you seemed to be asking.
