GoFigue, in another thread, mention that KeyMate/GraphMate are not ideally suited to editing aniblocks. I wonder whether the same can be said for .bvh imports?
I have not tried it yet but would like to know if there would be any limitations in using these tools to edit bvh animations. If not' would there be any point in exporting an aniblock to bvh then back again? Is the problem due to every frame being a keyframe on the D/S timeline?

Keymate/GraphMate edits what ever is in the Studio Timeline. Since animate2 is not in the time line KeyMate will not see it until you send the blocks to the timeline by "Baking them to Studio"
